Are You Licensed or Bonded?
Arlington Remodeling Group is fully licensed through the City of Columbus Building and Zoning department as a HIC (Home Improvement Contractor-General License) Our license number is #HIC03032. We are bonded through the Surety Bonding Company in accordance with required specifications by the city. The bond insures that your project will be completed no matter what.
How is Payment Usually Arranged?
For most projects, a 50% down payment is required upon the acceptance of the contract. This allows us to schedule the project, and purchase the required materials to commence with the job. Usually, a second draw of 25% occurs during construction, with a final payment due when the job is completed to the customer’s satisfaction. For your convenience, we do accept Visa and MasterCard, however cash and check customers do receive a 2% discount.
Are You Insured?
Of course! We carry a 2 million dollar comprehensive liability underwritten by Pekin Insurance Company. You can progress through you project without the worry of liability of any sort.
Do You Use Subcontractors?
Most of the work is done in-house, but we do use a select group of “hand-picked” subcontractors. All of our subcontractors have been with us for at least ten years, and have earned our trust as excellent artisans and professionals. All are bonded and insured, and well established as exemplary craftsman in their speciality.
